When I have an upset stomach I usually go for natural indigestion symptoms. There are many types of natural remedies for indigestion that I can at home or at the store. I have a health and herbal medicine book so it makes it easier to find the right treatment. When I feel the sour and bitter taste after eating I just get a lemon juice and drink it. It usually works for me and if I don’t have a lemon juice I use other natural remedies like pepper mint oil, tea and cider vinegar.
